The historical archive of Bela Crkva is a public service, which maintains, archives, processes and presents documents. It was founded in 1946. by the National parliament of APV. As a standalone historical archive it functions from 1956. In 1966. the name is changed to Historical archive in Bela Crkva, and in the next year it became a multi municipality service. By the end of July of 1992. the government of Republic of Serbia became the founder of the archive.
Territorial jurisdiction of the archive covers three municipalities- Bela Crkva, Vršac i Plandište. The archive has 654 funds and 33 collections, 253 books of birth certificates, and border years are 1723-2006.
In 2006. the archive created an showroom, enabling it to start showing presentations and works to the public.
